How the WIOA (Greater Cleveland Works) Enrollment Process Works
If you are interested in attending Lakewood University through WIOA funding, please follow the steps below:
Contact your WIOA Advisor or Greater Cleveland Works Pathway Specialist first
Let your WIOA advisor know that you are interested in attending Lakewood University.
WIOA contacts Lakewood University
Your WIOA advisor will contact Lakewood University to request a cost projection for your program of interest.
Lakewood University prepares the cost projection
Once the request is received, Lakewood University will complete the cost projection and return it to your WIOA advisor.
Complete the Lakewood University application
After the cost projection is submitted, you must complete the Lakewood University application here.
You will also need to complete an interview with the VP of Instruction and Compliance here.
WIOA submits the ITA
If approved, WIOA will send Lakewood University the completed Individual Training Account (ITA). Please note this process may take up to 21 days.
Lakewood University sends the Enrollment Agreement
After the ITA is received, a Lakewood University admissions advisor will send you an Enrollment Agreement.
Student completes enrollment documents
You will need to review, sign, and submit all required enrollment documents to finalize your enrollment.
