Lydia Dabney is a Billing Manager for a Behavioral Health Agency that services clients suffering from Alcohol addiction and Mental Health Disorders. Lydia has been with the agency for 7 years and in 2019 started her own billing and consulting company Advance Solutions Billing and Consulting LLC. She has experience in Managed Care Contracting, Credentialing, Billing and Revenue Cycle Management Services. As well as an administrative background. Lydia has spent many hours training with the State and The Department of Medicaid over the last 3 years when changes were made to the way health care professionals bill services through the Behavioral Health Redesign. Lydia created an operational billing department for Moore Counseling & Mediation Services LLC, the company she is currently employed. She has also worked with Gary Humble of G&M Consulting on projects during the implementation of the BH Redesign.
