Lisette M. Negron, currently resides in Arlington, VA. Over the course of her career, she has served as the Assistant Deputy Director in Human Resources Management and Supervisory HR Specialist. She has been responsible for the overall training and development of hundreds of employees, managers, supervisors, and executives. As a professional her deliverables consist of day to day operations, programs processes, HR analytics trainings and positions realignments. This includes but is not limited to, labor laws and employment standards, administration of employee benefits, recruitment & Staffing, and classification. She manages the Human Resources Department in the U.S Army Reserves, composed of medical professionals, advising and guiding future leaders, maintaining readiness and prepare them for mission. She has over 16 years of combined Military HR and Federal HR work experience.
