Patient, focused, and dedicated are just some of the words that best describe Dr. Timothy K. Lewis. As a pharmacy manager, preceptor, and real estate investor, Timothy has earned a well-deserved reputation for his quality of work and highly tuned customer service skills. These qualities have led him to the highest level of success. Timothy prides himself on strategic thinking, consistent quality improvement, and energetic leadership skills. He focuses on being impactful every day.
Currently serving as the pharmacy manager at Publix Super Markets Inc., Timothy has an extensive management and leadership skill set, which allow him to not only train staff to the highest levels of excellence, but also closely manage his Profit and Loss Statement (P&L) responsibilities. His unique financial acumen has been well established from over ten years of fiscal responsibility. He consistently transfers those skills through training and mentoring his subordinates at all levels. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing, training, and mentoring five direct reports, including a pharmacist, two interns, and two pharmacy techs. He is not only responsible for all pharmacy operations but also detailed P&L accountability.
He is a native of Tallahassee, Florida, and completed his Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree at Florida A&M University (FAMU). In addition to serving as a preceptor for FAMU, Nova University, and Larkin University, Timothy serves on the board for Florida Family Networks, which advocates and promotes strength-based approaches to self-sufficiency by strengthening the family foundation.
