PK has over 30 years of experience in contract negotiations in real estate acquisitions, property management, real estate education, and as a real estate seminar promoter. She has been a mediator for 12 years in high conflict divorce and business combination clientele. PK does not have many limits in her ability to mediate in other disputed matters. Her belief is “if there is a dispute, I can help.” The goal in every mediation is to listen to “what a client is not saying” so that we can serve them better. Her team at East Valley Mediator shares the same philosophy. Pk’s passion is serving those in her community through the Laloboy Foundation by providing financial assistance to families who are in need of counseling services.
