Lakewood University Awarded Highly Sought-After ‘Great Place to Work Certification’
The certification is awarded to companies with exceptional employee-validated reviews.

Lakewood University has long been recognized as one of the most outstanding employers in the state, with low employee turnover rates and rave reviews from its staff. In recent news, however, Lakewood University has officially been recognized as actively demonstrating and practicing outstanding company culture by the workplace review website, Great Place to Work. This recognition awards Lakewood University with the Great Place to Work Certification, which celebrates the tireless efforts put forth by the college.

According to current and previous staff at Lakewood University who completed a survey through the Great Place to Work website, 100% of employees say it’s a great place to work, compared to 59% of employees at other U.S.-based companies. Additionally, employees utilize words such as ‘trust, team, diverse, growth, and family’ to describe their experience working at the college.
