On any given day you’ll find the admissions director developing targeted communication plans, writing and editing recruitment materials, brainstorming and planning innovative recruitment events, collaborating with staff from throughout the University to solve recruitment challenges, interacting with prospective students, or finding new avenues for students to engage with Lakewood. Traci believes anything she asks her staff to do she should be willing to do herself.
