Biography

Professor Shervonne Jamerson is a Forensic Scientist with over 15 years’ experience, partnering with the Criminal Justice and STEM community to ensure that science is unbiasedly being applied to criminal and civil investigations. Her love for STEM dates back to the days of her childhood. Professor Jamerson’s desire to help others has afforded her the opportunity to make an impact within the criminal justice community and the classroom. Her experience teaching math and science to children in the K-12 environment, as well as students on the collegiate level, allows her to fulfill her passion to teach and learn. A strong believer that education is a foundational key to success, she loves to encourage the next generation of STEM leaders.

Professor Jamerson holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice, Forensic Concentration from Albany State University, Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Xavier University and is a Certified Registered Nurse. In addition to working her dream jobs, Shervonne finds time to work in the community as an Officer and Life Member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc.
