Biography

Ms. McEachern is Professor Emeritus of Lakeland Community College where she served as department chair of Speech/Communications and Theatre Arts. She is currently a consultant for Innovative Educational Concepts Inc. Professor McEachern served as Consultant for Cuyahoga Community College Freedom Leadership Academy and Children Defense Fund Freedom Schools. She is a certified Peace Officer Trainer. She is also an author and recognized speaker.
