Lakewood University Recognizes Esteemed Colleague, Dr. Nicolle Estevez, as First Ever Employee of the Quarter
Dr. Estevez has gone above and beyond to enhance the well-being of the college’s students and staff.
Cleveland Heights, OH – Renowned college, Lakewood University, is pleased to announce it has recognized one of its esteemed colleagues, Dr. Nicolle Estevez, as the inaugural employee of the quarter.
Lakewood University is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that provides worldwide distance education for business, medical, and legal professions. The college provides quality online programs that are both rigorous and able to be earned in a short period of time.
In recent news, Lakewood University is announcing the name of its first employee of the quarter – Dr. Nicolle Estevez – who has been instrumental in helping to build a sense of community for staff and students during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“As our college continues to purposefully grow, I am humbled to implement an Employee of the Quarter Program, which is specifically designed for us to show gratitude to our dedicated staff,” says Nathal. “Our first ever recipient, Dr. Estevez, has tremendously helped to lighten our load during these unprecedented times. More specifically, Dr. Estevez planned a unique celebration for one of her colleagues who was supposed to officially graduate from the University of Cincinnati on May 1st.”
“This colleague’s graduation was cancelled, so Dr. Estevez planned a parade of decorated vehicles to drive by her colleague’s house in show of support,” Nathal continues. “Not only did this help our colleague to feel appreciated and supported, but it also gave our staff a boost of happiness and well-being, too. Her infectious positive attitude has made it such an honor to work alongside Dr. Estevez and we couldn’t be more proud.”
As employee of the quarter, Dr. Estevez will receive one paid day off during this quarter, a $50.00 Visa gift card, and the option to park in a preferred spot.
