Tina has been a Diversity, Inclusion and Equity subject matter expert for 30 years within higher education and healthcare. She is an Educator, Evangelist and President of the Ministerial Alliance at Zion Pentecostal Church of Christ as well as the founder and CEO of All Things Possible, Diversity Consulting, LLC. Tina is a native Ohioan who attended East Cleveland Schools. She graduated from Shaw High School, received her B.A. in Social Work from Capital University and a Master of Social Science Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University’s Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences.
