Mrs. Tenisha Gant-Watson founded Jordan Community Resource Center (Jordan CRC), Success Institute and Phoenix Counseling Solution on her deep belief and solid experience in social services, management, business development and spiritual formation.
A noted consultant on organizational development, Mrs. Tenisha Gant-Watson has earned the trust and faith of State, Government, Philanthropic and community agencies such as; OhioMHAS, Cleveland Municipal Courts, Lakewood University, Cleveland Foundation, United Black Fund, Northern Ohio Recovery Association (NORA), Neighborhood Connections, Northeast Ohio Neighborhood Health Services, Inc. (NEON), Lutheran Metropolitan Ministries (Community Re-entry), SAMHSA, Boys & Girls Club, Cuyahoga, Neighborhood Connection, Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), the City of Cleveland Community Relations Board and Moore Counseling and Mediation Services.
With expertise developed over her 20 years in management and as founder of three agencies, Mrs. Tenisha Gant-Watson is a highly respected source of guidance on grant writing, gender specific training, strategic planning, fund-development, board and organizational development, programming, mediation, customer service enhancement with a concentration in capacity-building.
Her skills and accomplishments have granted her recognition with the City of Cleveland “ Outstanding Services to The City of Cleveland,” North coast Nurses Coalition “Unsung Hero” and Empowerment Award, Certificate of Appreciation awarded by the Women at MetroHealth Hospital. Tenisha has been featured on “Possible U” WKYC channel 3, POLITICO during the RNC held in Cleveland, Ohio and is a member of the Collaborative to End Human Trafficking in Cleveland Ohio.
Tenisha is also an ordained licensed minister, wife and mother who is pursuing her master’s degree in Business Management.
