Dr. Robinson has a passion for using high-quality data to support evidence-based decision making that benefits the health and strength of an organization and the individuals it serves. As an organizational change agent and advisor, with over 15 years of experience, Dr. Robinson helps clients validate programmatic impact and engage internal and external stakeholders.
To help clients establish and achieve diversity goals, Dr.Robinson has a strategic focus to help clients create an inclusive organizational culture while establishing policies and procedures that promote a diversity of thought and experiences.
She is an expert in establishing benchmarks and using data to meet organizational goals. She has served as the principal researcher for government contracts and led several simultaneous projects by incorporating effective leadership and project management strategies. Dr. Robinson is an analytical expert with quantitative and qualitative data analysis experience in a variety of application fields.
Dr. Robinson earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Capella University. She also holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Education, both from Clark Atlanta University.
